Octavo Grado
8th graders travel to South America through Argentina, Bolivia and Peru. Students learn all about how to get ready and plan for a trip. They get a passport, go to the Airport and take off on an amazing cultural experience. Through their trips they practice writing skills by answering daily questions, listening skills by listening to podcasts and speaking skills by creating their own podcasts ...and more.
At the End of the Year students experience the"Quinceañera" fiesta, an equivalent of the Sweet 16 celebration.
It will be an exciting year while they get ready for High School. As their last year at Hall School students will go to Costa del Sol, a Spanish restaurant for a fieldtrip.
This year 8th graders hosted 17 exchange students from Spain on September 22. It was an amazing experience!
